Picsto is a private, invite-only service for family and friends. By using it you agree to these simple rules.
Your content
You keep all rights to your photos and videos. You let us store, copy (for backups), process (previews, face grouping, search) and show them to you and the people you share them with, only to run the service.
What you may upload
Only content you have the right to store. Nothing illegal, and nothing that harms others. We may remove such content and close the account.
The service
Picsto is provided as it is, during an early preview. We work hard to keep your files safe and backed up, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Picsto runs in a single region, so an outage there can make it unavailable for a while. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot lose.
Limits
Photos up to 50 MB and videos up to 500 MB each.
Ending
You can ask us to close your account at any time. If we ever shut Picsto down, we will give you notice and a way to get your originals back.
