Common questions

How can I join the private preview?: Picsto is currently invite-only. Write to [email protected] to request access.
Does it work on my phone?: Yes. Open it in Chrome or Safari and install it directly to your home screen as a Progressive Web App.
How is my data protected?: Files are encrypted at rest using isolated storage keys. We never look at your photos, build ad profiles, or train AI models on your personal memories.
What happens when I delete a photo or video?: Deleted items are removed from your active library immediately, and cleared from encrypted backups over standard retention cycles.
What are the storage and file size limits?: During our private preview, every account includes 5 GB of free storage, with upload limits of 50 MB per photo and 500 MB per video. These preview caps help us manage resources smoothly as we scale toward public launch.
